2 And A Half Movies

It's been a while since I've been in a Red Deer movie theatre, and other than Cloverfield in the Bahamas, it's been almost a year! So, a little while ago (Tuesday April 8th) Mandi, Tara, Nichole & I went to Carnival to check out "Definitely, Maybe", but only because I watched (and got photos of) the filming of the New York city Central Park scene. Unfortunately, I couldn't tell you what it was about because I was taking care of Nichole for a good part of it. I might have to watch it over sometime.
Then, Sunday night (the 20th), I took myself on a date to the new Galaxy theatre. Really nice to finally have a real theatre in town. I went to see "88 Minutes" and I really enjoyed it. Great action, but Al's supporting actresses needed some more acting training. Good movie, don't think I'll buy it though.
And then, last night (the 22nd) Mandi & went to Galaxy to check out "Drillbit Taylor". It was funny, I laughed. I wouldn't rate it too highly, though, not one of my top Owen Wilson movies, but worth seeing.

All in all, my movie theatre withdrawals are finally being curbed, and I feel a little more relaxed. :) I hope to see more soon. See you at the movies!
